Malawi National Council of Sports (MNCS) has granted Netball Association of Malawi (NAM) permission to resume training in readiness for the start of the 202l netball season, NAM says.
The permission is on condition that netball stakeholders will follow to the latter all Government laid down Covid 19 Preventive Measures.
Among others, the conditions demand that there shall be no assembling of more than 50 people, NAM vice General Secretary Brian Gausi said in a statement.
NAM has since requested regional committee to relay the message to both clubs and league sponsors to start preparations for the new season.
For nearly a year, there has been no netball activities taking place across the country, save for the Queens preparations ahead of the recent Spar Proteas Netball series against South Africa earlier this year.
